Refund policies are defined by event organizers. Each ticket may have different conditions. Always check the specific policy displayed on the event page before purchasing.
Organizer Policies
Each organizer defines their own refund policy. Common policies include:
- Full refund: Available until a specified date (e.g., 48h, 7 days before)
- Partial refund: With deduction of administrative fees
- No refund: Final sales
- Exchange only: Tickets exchangeable for another date, but non-refundable
The applicable policy is clearly displayed on the event page before your purchase.
Yoleevent Guarantee
Cancelled Events
Yoleevent guarantees a full refund for all cancelled events, regardless of the organizer's policy.
Service fees are non-refundable, even for cancelled events.
Postponed Events
- Your tickets remain valid for the new date
- No action required if you wish to attend the new date
- If you cannot attend, refund options follow the organizer's policy
- You will be notified by email of the new date and your options
Significant Changes
If an event undergoes major changes (venue, lineup, schedule), you may be eligible for a refund even if the policy states "no refund". Contact our support.
Non-Refundable Fees
Service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. When purchasing, you pay:

Example: If you purchase a $50 ticket with a $5 service fee and the event is cancelled, you will receive $50. The $5 service fee is non-refundable.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are generally processed automatically by the system. If automatic processing is not possible, we will review your request and process it as soon as possible.
Once the refund is processed, funds are credited to your Yoleevent wallet. You can then proceed to withdraw by adding a withdrawal method in your account settings.
How to Request a Refund
For Cancelled Events
Refunds are generally automatic. If not, we will review your request and process the refund as soon as possible. You will receive:
- An email notification of the cancellation
- A refund confirmation once processed
- The credit available in your Yoleevent wallet
For Other Requests
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Tickets"
- Select the relevant ticket
- Click "Request Refund" (if available)
- Provide a reason
- Wait for organizer approval
Once approved and processed, funds will be credited to your Yoleevent wallet. You can then withdraw funds by adding a withdrawal method.
Ticket Transfer
If you cannot attend but refunds are not available, you can transfer your ticket:
- Available for most events
- Transfer to a friend, family member, or sell it
- Generally free or with minimal fees
- The new holder receives a valid ticket in their name
Special Circumstances
Duplicate Purchases
Contact our support within 24 hours of purchase. We will work with the organizer to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent Purchases
Contact us immediately if you believe your account was used without authorization. We will investigate and handle on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
If you experienced technical issues during purchase, contact our support within 48 hours.
Weather Cancellations
For outdoor events cancelled due to weather, the Yoleevent guarantee applies. You will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, your tickets remain valid.
Wallet and Fund Withdrawal
Wallet Credit
Once your refund request is approved and processed, funds are credited to your Yoleevent wallet. You will receive a notification once the funds are available in your wallet.
Withdrawal Process
- Log in to your account
- Access your wallet settings
- Add a withdrawal method (if you don't already have one)
- Select the amount to withdraw
- Confirm the withdrawal request
Withdrawal Timelines
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected withdrawal method. Typical timelines may be a few business days, but may differ depending on your financial institution or chosen method.
No-Show Policy
No refunds are provided for no-shows, unless:
- The organizer's policy explicitly allows it (rare)
- You received refund approval before the event
- The event was cancelled
Denied Requests
Requests may be denied if:
- The policy states "no refund" and the event was not cancelled
- The request is made outside the specified timeframe
- The event has already taken place
- The ticket has already been used or transferred
- The reason does not meet the organizer's criteria
If your request is denied, you can:
- Contact the organizer directly to appeal
- Contact our support for review
- Consider transferring your ticket
Partial Refunds
Some events offer partial refunds depending on the timing of the request:
- Early cancellation: 90-100% refund
- Moderate notice: 50-75% refund
- Late cancellation: 25-50% refund

Group Tickets
- Requests generally apply to the full purchase
- Some organizers may allow partial refunds
- The person who made the original purchase must submit the request
- The refund is issued to the original buyer
Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate ticket cancellation and account suspension.
