Ticket Purchases
When you purchase a ticket:

- Service fees are non-refundable
Refunds

Platform service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the ticket is refundable or if the event is cancelled.
Our Role
Yoleevent is a platform that connects organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or conduct of events.
What we do:
- Facilitate ticket buying and selling
- Process payments securely
- Provide ticket validation software
What we don't do:
- Validate tickets on-site (organizer's responsibility)
- Guarantee the quality or conduct of events
- Take responsibility for organizer decisions
Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their events
- Validating tickets at their events
- Respecting their refund policies
- Ensuring attendee safety
Payments
- Payments are processed by secure providers
- We do not store your complete card information
- Service fees are clearly indicated before purchase
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
- Publish offensive or illegal content
Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
